Founded in 1934, the Tallinn Art Hall is Estonia's principal exhibition venue for contemporary art. Operating without a permanent collection, it mounts six to eight curated shows a year featuring 20th- and 21st-century Estonian painters, installation artists, and video makers, and has long served as the pivot between Baltic and international contemporary art.
