Pablo Picasso's 'Nude under a Pine Tree' (1959) belongs to his late works after Ingres, in which a reclining female nude is stretched out in the dappled shade of a pine with a coarse, late-Picasso delineation. The picture is a cornerstone of the Art Institute of Chicago's Picasso collection.
